dong! religion issues.

what the hell is wrong not having a religion?! its not like i cannot live without a god rite. pft. my moral teacher says he cannot accept me saying i have no religion, because everyone is supposed to have one. wtf? i have lived my entire life without having a religion, and i am pretty much alive and well la.

it was moral period that day.
the teacher was talking about a topic on religion.
he told everyone to stand up.

"christians anyone?"

*some people raised their hands and got permission to sit down*

"buddhist?"

*some other people got to sit*

"hindu?"

*some other other people got to sit."

me, yinyin, annjili and shanice remained standing.
and teacher asked.

"uh u guys are?"

"oh teacher, we dont have religions. we're like.. freethinkers"

"ridiculous. everyone is supposed to have a religion. go home and ask ur parents"

*us standing looking at him very confused. zhaaadao.*


so i discussed with the people around me.

"jingjie maybe u're like a not so active buddhist la."

"no.. i dont even have that humongous box-like red colour thingie at home, even inactive buddhists have that thing, rite? and besides, my mum got yelled at one morning at the pasar, cz she asked an old lady why are the people all buying flowers. apparently that day was some kinda guanyin's bday or something.."

"or maybe ur a christian. even people who have not baptised but go to church are called christians... rite.."

"pft. i dont go to church la. im sure i am not christian la.

aaaah.. *very irritated*
nevermind la. the next time he asks, i'll tell him im a devil worshipper.. lol."
